Lovely vintage Omega watch with cal 23.4 movement, serial number places this one at 1939, has a Dennison steel case. The watch is not working, it will wind up, it has a secure balance that swings back and forth a bit but is a bit stiff, will need a full service. Great restoration project for the hobbyist. 31.6mm including crown, lugs are 16mm.
