Special warnings The following situations should be avoided, as they promote the development of resistance and may ultimately lead to treatment that is ineffective: Too frequent and repeated use of anthelmintics of the same group over an extended period of time. underdosing, due to underestimation of body weight, improper administration of the veterinary drug or a dosing device that is not or improperly calibrated (if applicable).
