There is little difference between these two products. As you can see in the picture, the height is almost the same, but the material of the rim is different. "Ask Doctors" is recommended after being verified by doctors. Though soft, it does support the head in its own way as I do not wake up having a stiff neck which I do when sleeping on the ‘normal’ ergonomic pillow. One also does not get any skin indentation of the rush material in the morning upon waking up. I just love the earthy smell of the rush material.
